Motivate

Day 3 here of six per day

  1. Okay...had to take a few days off ;-). But the coast is clear now, so I'll start again tomorrow. Shooting for 10/day.

  2. I skipped yesterday, but am steady doing 20 a day, not sore anymore, so I may bump it up to 25 next week (only 5 weeks until Betsy's wedding!)

  4. I decided to start off with a bang . . . so shooting for 20/day. 10 in the morning and 10 at night. Ouch! I'm sore. But hanging in there :)

  5. Everyone still hanging in there? I'm up to 8. I decided this time to start slow and see if I can continue to hang in for the long haul -- though I like the 10 in the morning and 10 at night deal. I've done several walks/exercise in the last week too.

  7. Took off Mon and Tues for ouchiness, but did 10/day on Wed, Thurs, and Fri. Yay!
